As much as BSNL is trying to keep pace with offers they need to stop these 'promotional offers' for a specific time. Once launched, its launched and continue with it as long as they can. Its not just with these STVs...they do it for all their launches of offers on various services (landline, broadband, mobile)
Someone needs to tell them to keep things simple...as simple as possible.
