The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has approached the Indian government and sought permission for a series against arch-rivals Pakistan in Dubai later this year, according to media reports on Wednesday (March 29).

Having written to the Home Ministry about one and a half months back, the board is looking to squeeze in a series either in September, which stands vacant owing to discontinuation of the Champions League T20, or in November later this year, just before India's planned tour of South Africa.

I don't think it will happen until the end of the ICC Champions Trophy :lol

Why are you so eager to give funds to them, they will use that to fund terrorism in India as well as in Afghanistan  ? :dodgy

Very good decision by Govt  :eek:hya

Yes agree, Pakistan is responsible for India not playing with them, its not the other way round.
Our cricketing calendar is pretty hectic this year and we don't want that just to save Pakistan from the so called loss we insert a new series in between. Pakistan is all surrounded by match fixing allegations and they barely qualified for the recent champions trophy and they may not directly quality for world cup 2019, so its not worth.

So it's a good decision by our government.

This is all drama from BCCI to rebut ICC pressure on Biletral Series.

As BCCI had given written commitment to PCB for this series and later on back track on their committment
