It's been more than two years since Amazon Music made its first appearance on Android TV, but at the time, the service was restricted to the Nvidia Shield TV. That is no longer the case, as the app is now available for all Google TV and Android TV sets, set-top boxes, consoles, and soundbars.
If you live in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, India, Japan, and Australia, you can look for the Amazon Music app on the Play Store of your Android TV unit.
Amazon Prime Music announces the launch of podcasts in India today, which will be available to all Prime members at no additional cost.
Customers will now have access to locally popular shows by creators including Jay Shetty, Cyrus Broacha, Neil Bhatt, Robin Sharma, Sadhguru, Anupam Gupta amongst others as well as international Amazon Originals produced exclusively for Amazon Prime Music customers in multiple languages across motivation, business, technology, comedy, music, fitness and more. Podcasts will be available on the Amazon Prime Music app on Android and iOS, Web player and Amazon Echo devices.
