I don't think there are any additional charges for that.

"No charges shall be levied or recovered from the cardholder for availing the e-mandate facility on cards for recurring transactions," the bank noted.

ok i did today and for emandate SBI debited ₹59 from savings account. earlier during mutual fund auto debit , sbi charged 59.

Thank God I linked my kotak bank instead of sbi with Amazon pay later no charges on repayment even on my emi too
