Seeking Help airtel 5g is not working even in 5g coverage area in prepaid plan of unlimited 5G

I am having airtel prepaid sim with 5g unlimited pack 397, but even in 5g coverage area no unlimited data is applied, still my data balance is consumed, and also data transfer speed also in the range of 10 to 15 Mbps. I disappointed with airtel support.

Airtel never gives an unlimited data, it is only an advertisement. Go for Jio for unlimited data. Jio is good even if connected hotspot. I have both airtel and jio.
For Airtel unlimited data applies only on the speed test.
