Act is seriously and unnecessarily frustrating thier customers of Hyderabad by delaying the update. They have maximum customers from hyd and it seems that Hyderabad will be the last in getting the plan updates.

Yes, act have highest number of customers in all their operating areas. Now they seems to be worried about lost of revenue. Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad are most profitable areas for them and these areas has been giving money to them to expand to new cities. It's same what airtel was doing, minting money from India and expanding in overseas before Jio came.
